La Croix Verte is a recently converted traditional Cotentin stone cottage in the longere style. Newly refurbished to a high standard it can comfortably accommodate 6 people, and has a cot for babies/toddlers. On the ground floor are the living room with wood-burning stove and satellite TV, DVD player and phone for incoming calls (free local and emergency calls), separate kitchen with dining area, and a shower room & adjacent WC. A lobby area leads out to a conservatory with a second TV and comfortable furniture. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, the other with two single beds. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and is ensuite with a bath. In addition to the wood-burning stove, the property is equipped with radiators throughout, and is double-glazed and well insulated which makes it comfortable for autumn and winter bookings. The cottage has an automatic washing machine, tumble dryer and a dishwasher. A microwave is provided along with a hob, cooker and fridge/freezer. A new modern fitted kitchen has been installed for 2013. The private garden has a terrace with garden furniture, sun beds and a BBQ. The separate parking area (with gates) will comfortably fit three cars.

Bed linen is included in the price.
